Client Service Co-ordinator
My role mainly involves liaising with clients to make sure they know exactly what paperwork we need to complete and file their accounts, and ensuring they send it to us on time. It’s important that our clients feel supported at this stage of their accounting, so I’m on hand to provide advice and share knowledge ahead of the required timeframes. By giving clients this extra support, I’m instrumental in helping to process their businesses accounts smoothly and efficiently. HMRC issues fines for late submissions; we ensure our clients avoid this by giving them plenty of notice to send in their paperwork, and I provide gentle reminders and checklists where necessary.
I am passionate about helping our clients to succeed. I’m also focussed on increasing my training within Nordens to ensure I can provide support across all departments whenever needed.
Outside of work I enjoy playing hockey and spending quality time with my family, making memories with them all, especially my son. I’m proud of working to further my career while teaching him valuable life skills.
