Client Service Co-ordinator
My job is to ensure that all paperwork flows smoothly to allow the accounts team to work seamlessly with clients. Our bespoke service includes contacting each client on a personal level, as opposed to a generic system. I’m aware of any situations that they may be facing, whether good or bad, and can walk them through the steps and processes we take to ensure a first-class experience. I always try to be a step ahead, making sure I know the answers to any potential questions, and that there is always a plan of action in place.
I am proud to be part of a business and brand that cares so much about its clients and their specific needs, and I’m passionate about building on new and existing client relationships to keep them delighted with the service we provide. I always ensure that Nordens’ core values are at the forefront of my everyday working life, and that I do all I can to help the business develop.
Outside of work I enjoy hanging out with friends, going on holiday, spending time with my family and walking my dog.
