I provide support to the accounts team to ensure efficiency and productivity, whilst also liaising with our clients to deliver a seamless service and fantastic customer experience. My role aims to maximise the effectiveness of every process so that we can meet our ultimate objective: to consistently provide unparalleled client satisfaction.
Nordens delivers a tailored service, updating clients from the moment we receive their financial information to the stage where all processes have been completed. We truly listen to clients, attend to all their needs and meet expectations.
I am proud of the positive responses we receive, plus the opportunity to strengthen our bond with each client over time. As an avid supporter of networking, I am passionate about building and sustaining relationships with everybody. I enjoy the opportunity to make a positive difference and maintain harmony, both within my working environment plus with our clients.
Outside of work I enjoy street Photography, networking and going to the gym.
