With responsibility for running a busy payroll desk, my day is varied and interesting. We aim to provide the payroll, CIS and automatic enrolment systems for the clients in the most stress-free way possible. Having run my own business for 12 years prior to joining Nordens, my understanding of the commercial world means I can relate to issues facing the business owners whose payroll we look after. Regardless of the strict deadlines we must meet, our clients genuinely come first and nothing is too much trouble.

I’m proud of the way in which the team has developed, and our knowledge of the intricacies of payroll means that clients receive the optimum service at all times. I’m almost as passionate about providing an efficient payroll service as I am to be working as part of such a dependable, loyal and supportive team.

When I’m not at work making sure clients are paid on time, I love spending time with my family and friends, and eating chocolate!
